Branch Application

Branch is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product that provides modular functionality to alleviate pain points around scheduling and finances in the hourly-worker industries, the app is exploring additional features that would be valuable for users. By designing more useful features, the app could facilitate strong connections between employees and employers.

Project began with Competitive Audit method. It helped to have a deeper knowledge and understanding of what other similar applications are doing as Branch competitors. It revealed some pain and strong points of app and also areas of developments. Creating a user journey map, dot voting feature cards and conducting Kano analysis resulted to a hi-fidelity prototype which presents new and developed features.
